Timeshare or Vacation Ownership is the most popular form of fractional ownership of a vacation property. You own the timeshare condo along with other families and share the use of the property for one or two weeks out of the year. When you own a share of a Timeshare condo, you only pay a fraction of the total cost. You share the cost of maintenance with other owners, thus taking ownership of a vacation property, way more affordable for the average family.
During your stay at the resort of your choice, you will be invited to attend an informative preview presentation or Timeshare seminar of the resort’s Vacation Club, lasting an average of 2 hours. The presentation is conducted on a one-on-one basis, meaning that one representative will be assigned to show you and your family the benefits of the program. A complimentary breakfast is provided on the day of the tour. Should you decided to purchase a Timeshare condo, financing is provided by the resorts, and most resorts include a purchase incentive.
If married, cohabitating or engaged, both parties must attend the tour presentation together. Also both parties must present a valid photo ID with matching addresses

Normally, Yes. We can customize your package to fit your individual needs. Most of the resorts and hotels we work with allow extended stays. Additional nights are subject to availability and prevailing rates. If you wish to add extra nights, simply contact our reservations department and inquire about availability.
Yes there may be additional charges to the package if you have an All Inclusive package Consult your terms and conditions. Taxes normally depend on time and location of travel and are paid while traveling.
Sorry, none of the resorts or hotels we use allows pets in the rooms.
If you buy an open-ended package at the time of reservation you must give two choices of travel dates. Although our packages normally do not have any blackout dates, all requests are subject to availability. Meaning, the earlier you request your dates the better chance you have to ensure your first choice. We ask for 2 choices, in the event that your first choice is sold out. Remember that we require a 30 day minimum advance notice prior to booking travel dates, and we ask for 90 days if your coming during the summer or on a major holiday.
No packages are designed for individual families and some resorts restrict group travel. Because these packages are designed for introducing families to vacation ownership, we ask that individual families travel separately. However, you can refer a friend and we can book them into a separate package.
Yes .If you pay for a particular size of accommodations and want to request a bigger room/condo you must pay an upgrade fee. Room location and type are allocated are at the discretion of the resort or hotel. We can request certain room sizes or types, but we can not guarantee the accommodations. Remember again, the earlier you request your travel dates, the better chance we have to accommodate your requests.
We make your bookings as soon as we receive your formal written request. It normally takes within 5 to 10 business days to get a confirmation. You can expect to receive a final written confirmation, map, check in instructions and any dated coupons included in your package within 10 business days of the time you submit your request. Please remember not to make any travel arrangements without a written confirmation of accommodations.
Please refer to the full terms and conditions included in the paperwork of your package for complete details, but if you need to package expiration can be extended for a small fee. All of these promotions are non-refundable. If you need to contact us please use the contact us form in the website.
After you have purchased a vacation package, you may either speak to your representative or someone in our reservations and customer service department. A Vacation offers are non-transferable. Your friends/ family are welcome to the same opportunity as you are. To ensure availability, please have your friends/ family contact Customer Service as soon as possible to purchase a vacation package.
Due to safety standards, the resorts do not offer cribs. However, you may ask when you check in if they have other services available.
Unfortunately, only the person whose name is on the vacation package is permitted to check-in. If family members/friends would like to purchase a separate room (if available).
No, you do not have to use the same credit card to check-in to your hotel. However, the credit card used at check-in must be in the same name as the name on the package. Upon check-in you will be asked to present a valid credit card or debit card as a $200 deposit to cover taxes and incidentals. All money will be refunded upon departure, less taxes and the incidentals. Check cards that are sponsored by Visa or MasterCard are not accepted.

The host resort will charge you full rate for your stay, remembered you are getting a discounted price because you agreed to attend the presentation with your spouse.

  • Clients who have arrived days to the destination days prior to check in
  • Clients who have scheduled activities on the day of the presentation
  • Clients who do not speak either English, Spanish or French without the need of a translator.
