About this package

Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts is a 400-acre family resort set around a 64-acre spring-fed lake, less than 10 miles from Walt Disney World. Spacious condos and villas have full kitchens, living and dining areas - plenty of room to spread out after a day at the parks.

Spend the days in the pools and the kids' water park, out on the lake on a jet ski, boat or paddleboard, or playing a round of adventure mini-golf. A free scheduled shuttle runs to the Walt Disney World theme parks and Universal Orlando.

The resort is at 17805 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy (US-192), Clermont, FL 34714. Check-in is at 4:00 PM at the Clubhouse and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests checking in must be 21 or older with a valid ID and a credit card. The resort is smoke-free and cashless, and a resort fee is payable at the resort.

Good to know

• Exploria Resorts runs a soft credit screening. Guests who do not meet Exploria's criteria may not be able to attend the presentation and do not receive the presentation gifts.
• At check-in, bring a valid state-issued driver's license showing your current address and a major credit card.
• Both of you attend the 90-minute presentation together. It is scheduled during your stay, after at least one night at the resort - not on the day you arrive or the day you leave.
• One family per package - group travel is not available. Two couples may attend the presentation together as one party.
• The presentation is given in English or Spanish.
• A lifetime limit of two Exploria presentations applies, and no Exploria presentation in the last 12 months.
• Book at least 16 days before check-in.

Peak dates

Check-ins on the resort's High-season and Holiday dates are $229 per package; all other dates are $179. The price for your dates shows on your booking.

Extra nights

Extra nights can be added on request (subject to availability): from $80 a night - prices follow the resort's Value, High and Holiday seasons. A single extra night is from $139. Up to 2 extra nights per stay. Request them from your booking confirmation ("Need extra nights?") - we confirm availability with the resort first.
