Booking & Reservations

We recommend booking 30 to 60 days before your travel dates, and even earlier for peak weeks and holidays, to get the widest choice of availability.
Yes. A 14-day minimum lead time applies to most packages, and confirmation depends on availability for your requested dates.
Standard promotional packages are based on up to 4 guests. Additional guests or room upgrades may be available for an added fee.

Dates & Availability

Packages purchased without set travel dates are typically valid for 12 months, and can often be extended if you need more time.
There are no set blackout dates, but peak travel weeks and holidays fill quickly and are always subject to availability.

Check-in & Arrival

Welcome Center hours are generally 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and standard room check-in is usually around 4 p.m.
Let your Welcome Center know in advance so they can prepare for your late arrival.
Contact your assigned Welcome Center ahead of time and they will provide after-hours check-in instructions.

Changes & Cancellations

For U.S. destinations, one free change or cancellation is allowed with at least 14 days' notice. International destinations require at least 25 days' notice.
Yes. Packages can usually be transferred to another qualifying adult within the original validity period.

Resort Preview

If you are married, both spouses attend together. Single travelers attend individually.
Please plan for a minimum of about 90 minutes.
No. Attendance is required to receive the promotional rate, but there is never any obligation to purchase.
It is held at the Welcome Center, usually scheduled for the day after you arrive.
Times cannot be pre-booked, but you can request a preferred time at check-in, subject to availability.

Getting Around & Extras

No. Airfare and ground transportation such as car or train are the guest's responsibility.
Some resort partners offer shuttle service. Check with customer service for your specific resort.
Yes. Welcome Centers can provide discounts on local dining, entertainment, and attractions.
