Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the promotional vacation packages offered by TakeYouOnVacation.com. By booking a package you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them.

Eligibility for Promotional Packages

Some of our discounted, preview-rate packages are promotional offers with eligibility requirements that may vary by destination and season. Where they apply, travelers may be asked to be at least 25 years of age, present a valid government-issued photo ID and a major credit card, meet a minimum household income requirement for certain offers, and attend as a couple or otherwise qualified party.

Resort Preview / Presentation Requirement

Certain promotional rates are provided in exchange for attending a resort or vacation-ownership presentation (typically 90 to 120 minutes). Attendance is required to receive the promotional rate, but there is no obligation to purchase anything. If you do not qualify for or do not attend a required presentation, a surcharge may apply of up to $300 or the standard rate of the accommodations, whichever is greater, plus the retail value of any discounted tickets included.

Exclusions & Restrictions

• Promotional offers may be unavailable to travelers who toured a resort in the last 6 months, to local residents near the destination, or to groups attending conventions, sporting events, or reunions.
• Travel must be completed within the window stated at the time of purchase.
• Offers are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

Package Pricing

Advertised prices are per package unless noted and exclude taxes and resort fees. Standard pricing is based on two adults and up to two children under 13 in a standard room. Peak seasons, weekends, holidays, and special events may carry surcharges.

Changes & Cancellations

To change or cancel a reservation, contact our team. Date changes are subject to availability. Any cancellation, change, or refund terms specific to your package are provided at the time of purchase.

Travel Documents & Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining valid identification and any travel documents required for your trip, and for your transportation to and from the destination and any personal expenses. Airfare is not included unless expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability

TakeYouOnVacation.com is not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control. Packages and this website are provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of TakeYouOnVacation.com and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state in which TakeYouOnVacation.com operates.
